Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The Spanish-style rooms, though a bit bland, were comfortable, and the central location was absolutely stunning. The service was amazing, but I wasn't a fan of the concierge sales tactics. The dining experience before 8 am was pleasant, and the facilities were great. Overall, a lovely place to explore Sedona.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to Upper Sedona, West Sedona, and Red Rock country, making it central to everything around Sedona. The rooms, however, were disappointing with outdated interior and no ceiling fans for air circulation, needing some serious renovation. The service was more challenging than accommodating, with persistent attempts to get us into a sales presentation. Despite these drawbacks, the dining experience was enjoyable, and the resort's facilities were convenient.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean with a beautiful view, but the early and noisy renovations were a downside. The service was friendly overall, but there were some hiccups during checkout. The location was ideal for shopping and enjoying the stunning Red Rocks view, but there were issues with a smelly dumpster nearby. The dining options were satisfactory, but there were some sales tactics post-check-in. Despite its flaws, I would consider staying again if in Sedona.
